"Really nice photos, wish I’d ordered more"
I ordered my son’s school photos they turned out really nice. The background looked clean, and his pose didn’t feel awkward or forced at all. The site was easy to use, and delivery went smoothly with no issues. My only regret is not ordering a few extra copies while I had the chance.

"Worked Fine, but Could Be Smoother"
I used strawbridge and overall it got the job done. I was able to find what I needed, but a few parts felt a little slow or confusing along the way. I don’t think most customers would have a major issue with it, but it could definitely be a bit smoother. Nothing terrible, though, I’d use it again if I needed to

"Replacement Came Eventually"
The refund took longer than I expected, but the replacement finally showed up. I’m not totally sure what happened, but I kind of wonder if it got held up somewhere in the process. In the end, it worked out, just not as quickly as I’d hoped.

"Picture day info was way too last minute"
The website itself worked okay, but the picture day information was really confusing. We didn’t know the time until the last minute, and trying to figure out which package to pick was confusing too. It just felt like everything came late, and the whole setup could have been clearer. The photos turned out fine, but the communication from the school and the ordering details were confusing, late, and a little frustrating.

"Pretty natural overall"
I was happy with how it captured the pose and facial expression. Most of the shots looked natural enough to me, though there was maybe one where the smile seemed a little off.

"Decent photo, but the editing felt a bit off"
The photo itself was okay, I guess, but the retouching didn’t really look that natural to me. The skin seemed a little too smoothed out, and a few details just looked kind of strange. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but I thought it would look better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as good as I’d hoped.

I used strawbridge.net to find my kid’s school photos, it was a really smooth experience. The site loaded quickly, and I was happy I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed. Ordering was simple, checkout went through without any issues, and it felt great using a site that just worked the way it should. Definitely a relief!

"Checkout was okay, just a bit confusing"
Ordering on strawbridge was mostly fine, honestly. I found what I needed, added it to my cart, all that was easy enough. The checkout, though, felt a little clunky, like, my payment went through, but then I kind of just sat there wondering if the order was actually confirmed. Maybe I missed something, I don’t know. It wasn’t a huge problem, and I did get it finished in the end, but it could definitely be clearer. Overall, not terrible, not great, just kind of average.

The photos turned out okay overall, but the service felt kind of slow to me. Compared to other places I’ve used before, this experience just didn’t feel as smooth or quick. Not terrible, but I was hoping for a bit better.

"Great experience for my son"
I took my son in for photos, and they were so patient with him. He can get a little nervous in situations like that, but they really helped him relax and feel comfortable. The pictures turned out great, too. My only small complaint is that the ordering page could be a bit easier to use, but overall we had a really good experience.

"Nice prints overall, just a small wait"
I ordered my kid’s school pictures from strawbridge.net, and I have to say, the prints turned out really nice. The colors looked clear, not too dark, and the paper quality felt better than I expected. My only little complaint is that the shipping wasn’t especially fast, just kind of average, so I was checking the mail a bit. But once they arrived, I was really happy with them. They were sharp and clean, definitely better than some other photo orders I’ve gotten that looked blurry. I’d order from them again.

"Showed Up Sooner Than I Expected"
I placed my order thinking it would probably take a while, so I kind of forgot about it for a bit. Then, before I knew it, the package was already at my door. The delivery was fast overall, which was a nice surprise and definitely made the whole experience smoother.

"Slow replies and changing terms"
It took a while for them to get back to me, which was frustrating. The help I got was okay once they finally replied, but I wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change along the way. That made the whole experience feel a bit less straightforward than it should’ve been
